Rahm’s Noodle

OK, I’ve been googling to try and find any article probing into the question of Rahm Emanuel’s intelligence, one hundred percent for the purpose of making a post with this title. I found a lot of one-liners about him being a smart guy, but nothing pointed on the subject like what I was looking for.
Fuck it, I’m using it anyway.

the sad part is what a weasel he is, and how this might indicate the infusion of “Chicago politics” into the mess. But this thread is not for serious deliveration …

Yeah, I don’t really know much about him. My first impression is something like my take on Biden: a bulldog, and whether that’s good or bad is entirely dependent on who’s giving the commands. I guess time will tell.
